Karla made the location and purchase process very easy for me. In combination with Zillow I was able to identify candidate properties, rank them in my personal order, and identify for Karla pros and cons which would help her with suggestions. Karla was able to meet me when I made a scheduled trip to PURCHASE a property. She arranged tours according to my rank-order. Not unexpectedly, my first choice for viewing would become my new home. The pre-visit photos, some Google Earth work on my part made me virtually certain of my property choice. If not for the objection of my dear friend "No, you can't buy a house over the Internet like it's Amazon." I would have purchased based on the pre-viewing effort. (I would have been right by-the-way. Karla showed me properties at the top and bottom of my selection range. This helped me confirm my purchase choice. With the preview work done Karla and I were able to go from initial face-to-face meeting to accepted contract in 4 hours and 30 minutes. Following contract acceptance Karla was helpful in helping me make connection for local services (insurance, utilities, and identification of an amazing BBQ joint in the neighborhood. Thanks to Karla's conversation with seller I was able to schedule service installations for the closing date. This allowed me to leave closing with phone and all important Internet service working. Karla is very responsive to e-mail and phone communication. She is precise and appropriately brief in conversation style. I'm a pretty harsh critic when paying for services. I can say without any reservation Karla was the PERFECT buyer's agent for me. I look forward to working with Karla in the near future (investment opportunities).

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Karla! She was responsive to what I wanted in a house and knew where I could be safe and happy in Columbia! I went through a tough family loss in addition to COVID-19 during the time we were house hunting and she was extremely empathetic and patient with me as I dealt with life's curveballs. I adore my new house, and I have a new friend in Karla, too!

Karla Wilcoxson was the best purchasing agent I have had the fortune to use in finding a property in Missouri. She responded to any questions or requests promptly and precisely, knew the city of Missouri as only a native would, and was always on time. My daughter is attending veterinary school in the fall and safety was a high priority. Her statement that, "I would let my daughter stay here" was all I need to hear to lessen my fears. Once the deal was finalized she continued to help with getting painting, cleaning and various other contractors to ready the place for my daughter's arrival. She did this on here own time and declined any extra compensation. You cannot go wrong in letting her represent your interests. Five out of five stars!!!!!

Mr. Hill helped my family to sell 2 homes in Columbia under very unusual circumstances. We live outside the state so had to handle everything remote and the timing of the sales was during the pandemic which made things even more complicated. Mr. Hill provided exceptional service, he kept us updated on the progress of the sales, he got us the prices we wanted, and he drove the sale to closure. We had peace of mind in working with Mr. Hill and he proved to be a trustworthy business partner that got the job done and left us feeling very happy about the process. I would highly recommend Mr. Hill in the future.

Karla is amazing. We found her easy to work with, thorough, honest, and most of all listened to our expectations. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us through the process with ease. Karla is an effective communicator that kept us abreast of the process each step of the way. She is also a tremendous problem solver and bent over backwards to make our home buying a positive event. She also has equally competent support within her office. We will certainly use Karla again and would recommend to anyone without reservation!
