I N C R E D I B L E . Molly Bednar is an excellent agent. I have dealt with more than a few agents in the past & Molly definitely stands out above the rest. I live in Los Angeles but I have a few properties in Tucson Az. so My biggest worry was who was the right representation for us over there. I met Molly through a mutual friend who kept telling about this amazing agent named Molly. He set up the meeting at My property & in comes this very SUPER positive/confident woman. She introduced herself to Me & My team, she then looked around the house briefly, & within minutes, told Me EXACTLY how this was gonna sell, how fast, how much etc etc etc. Molly’s knowledge of the market is spot on, her pricing was spot on BUT she said the house would sell in a week & she was wrong....SHE SOLD IT IN ONE DAY, I think she knew this, but she under promised and over delivered. Her communication with Me & My team was above average, she ALWAYS returned calls, texts & emails in a VERY timely manor. The main thing ,besides her high level of professionalism that stood out, was that we had an issue with our pool & Molly took it upon herself to drive to the property, asses the issue & begin the process to get it back up running as it should, she actually got her hands dirty while doing this & to her it just seemed like another day at the office, I WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE & IMPRESSED. From there, on her own, she hired the appropriate licensed company to finish it off for us, just an AMAZING experience, I could NOT believe it. I highly recommend Molly to ANYONE that’s looking for a GREAT agent. Needless to say, we are now working on our second project together . RUDY

It was a pleasure working with Molly on finding and buying land. She was helpful in every aspect of the process, from offering sage advice on land that would and would not serve my needs, to help with the more routine procedures involved in real estate purchases, I found her very supportive and accommodating. At the same time, Molly did not push or pressure; I had a lot of trust and confidence in her abilities. I highly recommend Molly as a realtor to anyone looking to buy property.

Real estate agent Molly Bednar did an excellent job of finding my dream home. When we started looking I had a list of things I wanted in a house and a list of things I did not want. Molly patiently listened to my input and narrow the search down as much as possible to follow my lists. We found my house. Plus it gets better. With Molly‘s professional input I was able to negotiate a price on the house lower than my budget. She helped me save thousands of dollars on the final price. Molly was our agent for both selling our old home and purchasing our new home. She was amazing! She was knowledgeable and patient. We had a manufactured home which came with financing challenges. No matter, Molly stayed on top of things even when she was out of town. No matter where she was she kept in touch and got it done! She drove us all around town ALOT! Always happy to help and show us whatever we wanted to go see. Once we found the place we wanted, she held my hand and answered all 10 million questions I had. I'd get nervous and Molly was there to ease my concerns! I would definitely recommend Molly for all your real estate needs!

I found Molly on Zillow and she has proven to be a great resource and agent from the minute I talked to her. She’s very responsive and flexible. We were out of state buyers and she coordinated all the necessary inspections for us.
