Molly did a great job guiding us through our recent real estate experience. She is extremely knowledgeable with homes in and around the Syracuse area. Molly was amazing at helping us navigate through a difficult process in buying a home. She was also exceedingly patient as we were first time buyers that were unaware of how things were supposed to go. I would use Molly again in our search for a home, and if we ever decided to sell this home I would use her as well! She answered all questions and helped us with every problem that came up! Molly is amazing!

I interviewed a half dozen real estate agents in the Syracuse area to be sure I found the person who would best meet my needs. I needed someone who was not only knowledgeable and hard-working, but also patient, given that I had multiple criteria in my housing search, and given that I was conducting my search long-distance. Molly came through for me brilliantly! I was a novice in home-buying and she explained what I needed to know clearly. Predictably, it took a while to find the right house (five months). Molly was helpful in just the right ways through every step of the process. She helped guide me to the best opportunities and steered me clear of bad options without being pushy. At the stage of inspection and negotiation, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the process went smoothly. I can't recommend Molly highly enough for anyone looking for their home in Central New York.
