I have worked with Monica to buy and sell three homes and I will certainly work with her on future sales. She was instrumental in reaching deals in all of our transactions, she sets realistic expectations and is a tough negotiator. I was a busy working mom and Monica made the process seamless by handling all inspections and contractors to make sure that escrow went smoothly. She is extremely organized and kept up on all deadlines and held the buyers to the timeline. Working with Monica is a delight and she has become a good friend of mine. It was a pleasure working with Monica Payer. She helped my husband and I buy our first home. I truly believe if it wasn’t for her experience and perseverance we would not have got our house. There were multiple offers and even though ours was not the highest, ours was accepted because of her. Monica is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience. She fought to get us credits for several expensive fixes and the seller agreed. I highly recommend Monica to anyone needing a Real Estate agent.

Monica is an amazing agent. We are a military family who was stationed in Camarillo back in 2008. The first agent we used did not listen to us and our desires. We then met Monica through Navy Federal and were instantly impressed by her professionalism and her attention to detail. Since that time Monica has helped us buy two homes and sell two homes when we had to move away for the military.
