Monte was very helpful and had a lot of experience when we were in the process of buying a house, we found a couple of houses but it difficult to get a right house for us since they're was a lot of competitors also looking for that specific house, in the end it didn't quite work out. But, Monte called us and said if we'll like to see a new house that just was on sale, we went through a couple of houses and then we looked at the new house that was just recently on sale. We liked the house because it was close to an elementary school and had a church beside it. We then started to get through the process of buying the house, it took about 1 month and we could finally get move in and call it our new home. On the way Monte was very helpful and very skillful at navigating the kind of house we wanted and everything worked out in the end. So I'm very thankful and we will make sure that if my friends needed any help on buying a house, we would definitely recommend Monte. Thanks again, Monte.

I have talked with Monte on several occasions about possible home purchases in the Council Bluffs and Omaha area. Although I have decided not to purchase lots or homes in the area I did want to mention how helpful and knowledgeable Monte was with the area and guiding me to the right areas and offering suggestions about areas I might be interested in. If he was not able to reply to my call he always returned them promptly and was thorough in his suggestions. He lives in the area and knows the areas there well. I would most definetly suggest working with Mr. Wilson. His real estate knowledge is extensive in the area above. He will give you the best quotes he possibly can. Very friendly knowledgeable real estate agent.

Monte is a top notch professional in every sense of the word and I appreciate all of his help with my family’s home buying/selling process. He was always available to us to show a home or answer a question rain or shine, day or night. Monte is very knowledgeable and there was outstanding communication throughout the process, he always offered up helpful recommendations and he explained every aspect of the different transactions. We are extremely happy with the results and I would recommend Monte to anyone looking for a hardworking professional to help them buy or sell a home.

Monte was a great realtor during our first time buying a house. He explained all the steps from the beginning, and he helped us find the perfect house that we loved! He was always very professional, patient, and helpful. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for a home.
