Nate and Jill Gerard were truly amazing! If you are looking for a team that absolutely cares about you as a person and what you are looking for in a house then Nate and Jill is the absolute best! They both went out of their way to set up showings even on a Holiday! Nate is very honest and will absolutely not allow you and your family to settle for anything less then what you want! They worked tirelessly to ensure that me and my family were taken care of from start right up to the day we signed for our home! I would absolutely recommend Nate and Jill to all Family and friends and will no doubt be using them anytime we need them! I can't say enough of how grateful we are to have had these two wonderful people cross our path in life and find our home! Thank you so much Nate and Jill Gerard for who you are and what you did for us!!

I was very pleased with the service from Nate (and Jill) Gerard. Very observant during the initial viewings, great attention to detail, helpful and open comments. Good knowledge of the area. Good recommendations as he got to know my preferences. He was very helpful throughout the negotiation process and in closing the purchase, and always responded to questions promptly.

Nate guided us through the process of buying our first home. He was incredibly responsive to our requests and questions and ultimately helped us find the perfect starter home. Though the home buying process was stressful due to a very competitive market, Nate set us up for success. We couldn't be happier with our new home and neighborhood. We'd highly recommend his services as first-time home buyers.

Nate was extremely responsive, knew the local market and exactly what to do to get the property ready. We had everything staged with new appliances, hardware and lighting fixtures within two weeks and his team was flawless with the listing. The first showing was an hour after listing and by the end of the weekend we had eight offers! Nate led us through the negotiation process and we accepted a cash offer for $50K more than we were expecting going into the process ($25K above the $300K list price). I can't emphasize enough how much we would recommend working with Nate and his team to sell or buy a property.

Wow! Where to begin? My family and I went from a difficult housing situation to our brand new dream home in a matter of weeks, and it all started with one phone call with Nate. I called Nate about one of his listings, and it was unfortunately already gone. Instead of leaving it there, he gave me the next hour of his time answering questions and learning more about my family's unique situation. I knew we had the right guy to help us find a new home. From that first Saturday, he remained constantly engaged in our search for a house. He was so knowledgeable about the whole process and helpful when it came to navigating showings and everything else in the midst of the current Covid conditions. Nate's whole operation couldn't have been more professional and personable. We are now settled into our dream home and we feel confident that the peace and joy we are now experiencing would not have taken place without Nate and his support team's diligence.
