Put simply, Nathan is an exceptional agent. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we came into the process with a lot of uncertainty. He explained anything that we were unclear on, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the Pittsburgh housing market. He was very good at keeping in contact and was always very responsive when we had a question or wanted to schedule a house tour. He also made the process of choosing which houses to tour very manageable by helping us to narrow our search to houses that would best meet our needs. Because of that, we were able to find the most perfect house for us very quickly, and when we decided to put in an offer, Nathan was there every step of the way to advise and guide us through. He remained a trustworthy advisor and advocate during the inspection and negotiation process and kept us informed and calm as we waited for the closing. Throughout, we always felt like we had a formidable ally by our side. Overall, Nathan made the experience of purchasing our home incredibly pleasant and smoothed out the very few issues that came up. We now have a beautiful home that we are just exceedingly happy to call ours thanks to his advice and his representation. Nathan is truly a very skilled and knowledgeable real estate professional who centers his clients' needs at every turn.

It was a pleasure working with Nathan. He was very professional and responsive whenever I had any questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the market and real estate process, and was very honest and open with his knowledge, always telling me the truth as he saw it along the way. My husband and I are truly grateful for Nathan. We are first time home owners and Nathan made the house buying process smooth for us. Nathan's knowledge, genuineness, professionalism, and patience had made it easy for us to connect and feel comfortable with him. Nathan answered our infinite questions and he would also freely provide additional information that would benefit us. Buying a home during a pandemic was no easy task. The sellers market made the buying process competive and scary for us. Nathan was kind and validating of our struggles while continuing to be positive towards the process. Nathan's strong support for us was a key component on helping us go through an offer on our house. Nathan had kept us calm to go through the scary, competive offer war which ultimately got us to win the house in the end. The closing process was easy and went smoothly for us. I had spent 3 years trying to buy a home in my neighborhood, working with two different agents, before I found Nathan. Other agents had me looking at houses I wasn’t crazy about on paper in areas I knew weren’t for me. Nathan took a different approach, which really made a difference. I wasn’t burnt out or fed up by the time we saw my house. His great advice, while putting together my offer, set me above the multiple bids I eventually was up against. I’m so grateful for his expertise. I know another agent wouldn’t have worked as hard to ensure I got my house.

It was such a great experience working with Nathan. I am a first time home buyer and started out with no knowledge of the process. Right from day 1, he made sure to explain the entire process of buying a house, step-by-step, and was extremely patient with me and my wavering requirements of the house. Even with the pandemic, he made sure to reply to all my emails and messages quickly, and answer the million questions I had! He helped me through every step along the way by providing contacts for basically everything I needed. He is extremely fun to talk to and has so many stories to share, which made our house tours even more interesting! Having Nathan as my agent was as though I had a family member guiding me throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan to any buyer who's looking because he makes it his personal goal to get you the house that you want!
