Neha is a perfectionist in all ways. Our experience in buying a new home could not have been any better. Right from the beginning, she kept motivating us and guide us throughout our journey of finding the right investment property. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and current prices and strategies. Once we finalized the home, she went over and beyond in dealing with other agents, any issues were quickly resolved. In between, Neha has been proactive in informing us of crucial details and information we would not have been aware of otherwise. Her expertise is definitely unmatched. Neha did an outstanding job of showing us multiple investment properties. She discussed her views and the pros and cons of each property and location to help us make the right choice for us. Since our property was a new build, she also helped us find a tenant even before closing. She and her team are very professional, and they stay on top of things related to home purchases. When we couldn't make it for a home inspection, she stepped up and visited the home during the inspection. She also helped us spot issues in construction and cosmetics problems. I highly recommend Neha and her team for home purchase and finding a tenant for an investment property.
