I have enjoyed working with Nick and Mike for over 25 years. For me, they are family. Not only are they genuinely nice guys, but they are also highly professional and have a clear pulse on the market. This is very important because it sets realistic expectations and avoids surprises. They always did an outstanding job of following through and keeping me posted on the progress of each transaction. With my most recent transaction, they provided me with excellent contractors to prepare the property for sale. This saved me a lot of time, helped me quickly get the property on the market, and took all my stress away. I also received far more money for the property than I expected. I will only use Nick and Mike for my real estate needs. I highly recommend that you use them for yours.

Being first time home buyers is a huge and nerve-racking step, but Nick and the entire team helped us achieve our goal, answering our daily questions whether it was at night or on weekends, making sure our offer was the one that was accepted, and always went out of their way to put our needs first. We unfortunately dealt with an extremely difficult seller, dragging out our escrow much longer than anticipated, but Nick brought his experience and team to the table ensuring we ended up with the best loan rates, and making sure the sellers compensated us for the long wait. We’ve known Nick and Mike for over 25 years. They’re more than “two hardworking nice dads,” they’re experts in the real estate market. Nike and Mike, “two hardworking nice dads”. In the early 1990's, we were looking to buy our first home and a friend raved about Nick’s real estate prowess. Nick found us our perfect first home. We’ve enjoyed working with Nick over the years, both buying and selling multiple homes. We also purchased and sold properties in other states and quickly realized that Nick and Mike are rare gems in Southern California.
