We were new to the area moving from out of state. Nicole made finding our dream home a very pleasant experience. Great expertise of the entire area, & she really worked hard for us to avoid homes we may have regretted later. We had a lot of requirements & Nicole took the time to get us the perfect home. She was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. We have bought many homes over the years, & we can say from our experience that Nicole definitely is a top realtor that goes above & beyond.

Nichole went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Assisted us with whatever we did not understand. Made everything smooth as possible and answered any and all questions we had. Made the sale of our house very easy with no complications. Was very understanding and helpful when we ran into our medical issues and with the passing of our family dog. We would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is planning on buying or selling a home. Thank you Nicole for everything!!

Nicole made selling our house a breeze! She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and spends a lot of time making sure your house looks perfect. She’s fantastic at staging and her photographers are incredible! Nicole was always available to answer our questions and was on top of every task. All we had to worry about was packing. She is a true professional and we highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Nicole walked us through preparing our home and having it on the market. She was with us every step of the way and answered any of our questions. We wish we could have transplanted her out of state to help us purchase there too!

If I could have rated Nicole 10 stars I would have! 5 Stars is just a base line for a great realtor. Nicole, definitely deserves more! Nicole took what was a family tragedy and made it more than bearable. I unfortunately lost my brother and had to step in and deal with his estate. It was a very tough thing for me to do and was not looking forward to the process. I knew the only person I would lean on in these times and I'm so happy that I did. Nicole is such a professional and such a sweet and understanding person. She made what was a extremely difficult situation immensely easy. With all the issues that came along with the sell of my brothers property (Buyers home not selling), she knew how to deal with all the problems quickly. Her communication and her professionalism is top notch. This was the first time I have used Nicole as a realtor and there's no one else I would use going forward. Thank you Nicole, I look forward to the next time we get to work together.
