Nicole Milford is the best realtor we've ever worked with. She's sold two homes for us, and both presented her with big challenges. Nicole thrives in complex home sales, and goes above and beyond. She has a rolodex of tradespeople who can make the necessary repairs to sell, and since we live out of state, she made trips to Home Depot and Lowe's to pick up the items we needed. When our most recent home wasn't selling, she picked up the phone, calling every local realtor and pitching our home (which resulted in the final sale). HIGHLY recommend

I recently had the privilege of working with Nicole Milford as my realtor since July 2023. Nicole not only helped me sell my home, but also helped me find my new home—both in a short amount of time! I felt comfortable working with Nicole from my first phone conversation with her. Nicole is energetic and enthusiastic about her work and always knows how best to deal with any circumstances that may arise during the selling and buying process. She is bright and intelligent and always keeps the best interests of her clients in mind. Nicole was thoroughly prepared with numerous comparable homes at our first meeting. Her professionalism and concern for her clients are very evident as she always goes above and beyond to make sure that all of her clients’ interests and concerns are addressed appropriately. Nicole did an outstanding job getting our house sold! We initially chose her to sell our home because she was well prepared from day one and her knowledge of the area and the process were very impressive. We did not live in the area at the time and she went above and beyond to help with anything that was needed. She gave great guidance and was always willing to talk us through options and decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole if you are every looking to buy or sell a home! A true professional!!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this real estate group. My agent was Allison Urycki and my Mortgage loan officer was Jessicca Lay. Both work flawlessly together; If you have the option to pair them up, I highly suggest it. Allison is definitely the reason I was able to get the exact home I was interested in. With another offer on the table when I asked about the home, she made a call and was able to score me a last minute showing and we went under contract just a couple hours later. I know it was her dedication, knowledge, and expertise that landed me in my dream home during a hot and competitive market. This transaction was a breeze for everyone involved.
