Making the decision to move and selecting a new home is one of the most stressful things we do as adults. But when working with Nikki, I have felt significantly more confident in my decision-making and so much more relaxed because she helps to make sure every single box is checked - from the boxes on my must have and wish lists to the logistics and processes. She takes the time to truly get to know her clients, not just because she cares about them as people (which she undoubtedly does as she shows her care in every single interaction), but because she wants to find the ideal fit for them. By understanding her clients' wants, needs, and desires, she is able to help them select their perfect home. I have never felt an inkling of buyer's remorse after working with Nikki because I have always felt so certain that I made the right choice. And if I ever did have moments of doubt or questions or concerns, Nikki has always been incredibly responsive, answering me thoroughly and knowledgeably. Nikki has now helped me with three homes in two different markets over the last three years, and I will continue to seek her counsel and expertise every time I need to make a real estate decision. I trust her implicitly, love working with her, and cannot recommend her enough.

I used Nikki to get my place, and it could not have been a more pleasant process. Her knowledge, her availability, her ability to engraciate herself to my dog who is scared of everyone, and her overall great attitude kept me at ease with the process from beginning to end. Never did she pressure me into making any concessions that made me uncomfortable nor did she ever pull the wool over my eyes. She was available when I contacted her and responsive to my needs. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.
