If it weren’t for Nora Isasi with the Shepherd Homes Group, it wouldn’t have worked out. I reached out to Nora and got to see the house listing very quickly. When I made the offer for the house she got it all squared away and she was able to secure a very aggressive offer because of her negotiating talent. I thought it was an easy purchase but things went sideways and it was during unexpected circumstances that you need an expert professional you can rely on to make the calls for me while I was at work, coordinate for contractors at the property and deal with the lender. If it weren’t for Nora, this deal wouldn’t have happened. I got to the finish line because of her years of experience, candor and active support from the start until closing day which was a lot of work. I highly recommend Nora!

Nora is excellent to work with and patiently guided us through the home buying process. Nora amd her team answered all our questions and/or concerns. It was comforting to know we were working with her team. She is the best!

Nora was such a great realtor. She was prepared and ready to answer all of our first time home buyer questions. But when she saw we were also much more prepared than your average FTHB, she backed off and let us take the lead and we VERY much appreciated that. When we did have questions she was clearly very knowledgeable and extremely quick and she didn’t drop us after the sale. I know I can still go to her if I have any questions about home improvements or questions for the previous homeowners. Highly recommend Nora!
