I cannot say enough good things about Oscar. He previously worked with my mom when she was selling my grandfather's house. With her positive review of that sale, I proceeded to hire Oscar to sell my parent's home after their passing. Oscar was professional, reliable, helpful, trustworthy, pleasant and the list can go on. I live an hour away from my parent's residence. He made this situation easy for me, when I was worried about it. We worked together to keep things moving and to make sure the house was kept in good order while going through the selling process. I believe Oscar went above an beyond and like my mom said in her review of Oscar, I follow suit to say I was "200%" satisfied with his work and the results! Thank you Oscar from the bottom of my heart for helping me sell the house I grew up in...the only house my parents owned since 1966...a place I still called home today even though I didn't currently live there.

We worked with Oscar last year to get our house ready for sale. Oscar spent lots of time with us answering questions and giving us suggestions on how to best prepare our house. We were very happy with his local market knowledge and felt he prepared us well. Oscar's negotiating skills with the prospective buyers were professional and helped get us an excellent price for our house. Oscar was always available to answer questions and nothing was ever overlooked. His attention to detail is one of his strong points. His integrity and work ethic are excellent and he knows his market very well. He went beyond normal standard of a realtor when we need his help to deal with uncooperative tenants. I would highly recommend Oscar as a buyer and seller realtor.

Oscar is a very detail agent. He helps me a lot when I buy a house for rent. He checked each place even those I forgot to take a look. Also he is responsible agent. By his knowledge, he help me to negotiate with the seller and check the clause one by one. I am satisfied with his service and will ask him for help in future.
