Oscar was extremely helpful while listing our family home of 28 years. We definitely needed some handholding and tough love during the process. His professionalism and knowledge of current market conditions made what could have been a difficult process as seamless as possible. He never lost sight of our desired outcome, which enabled us to secure a solid contract and successfully close during our required timeframe. As first time home buyers, navigating a very tough housing market, we found Oscar’s experience invaluable , from pointing out potential problems in properties to helping us leverage the most competitive offers. Yet, he was never pushy, giving us space to make the calls that were right for us and always responsive; there was never a property we liked that he didn’t get us into. Finally, he was genuinely wonderful and fun to spend time with on our 20+ house tours.

Oscar Sayan met all our real estate needs in a professional, efficient and caring manner. As first time buyers we knew very little about the home buying process. Oscar did a fantastic job on educating us around the entire home buying process. He was extremely patient in answering all of our questions. Oscars knowledge and professional experience of the housing market and all other aspects and various stages of home buying process is impressive. We bought our first home in 30 days, and love it. In 2012, Oscar help me list and sell my DC condo and he also helped me buy a single family home in 2013. This was my first time working with Oscar and it was great experience. Oscar did not put any pressure on me as the buyer/seller. He had an extremely good read on what I liked/disliked in the houses we were seeing. He was very candid about his recommendations during negotiations. So 5+ years later, I had no doubt to use Oscar again to list and sell my single family home and buy a new home with my husband. Oscar did an assessment of our house and let us know what we needed to take care of to make buyer ready. His technique to put the house on the market at the right time and then have an open house was spot on. He showed extreme flexibility with our schedules given our 2 dogs. In terms of buying a new house, he was instrumental in working with the seller for completing the unfinished work and delays we were experiencing. He helped negotiate a few things on our behalf as well. In particular with selling our house recently, Oscar has show an inordinate amount of patience in working with the buyer's realtor. He's been great a being the voice of reason and has shown great understanding of our position as both buyer and seller. Oscar is honest and has the integrity that I have appreciated. He's also incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend (and have) Oscar if you are looking for a realtor that you want to represent your best interest.

Oscar made our entire experience selling our old home and buying our new home a great one. Oscars knowledge of the market and ability to get us the best deal possible was excellent. We sold our home in less then two weeks at above asking price, which I was told by previous agents interviewed that was impossible. If you want an honest, hardworking agent Oscar is your man!
