I do not understand why she cancelled our showing an hour right before showing it saying she was "sick", you had 3 days to tell me if you were not going to show it. the neighbors told me she was there today so i am confused why she lied to us? there is rat trap outside the home, the neighbor told me they have them allot, so i am also confused why she is renting the place for $1800 when it has a rodent problem. Trying to communicate with her is very hard. i think i am going to file a complaint with Washington Fair Housing, i know they will make her take training.

If you care about your property, stay away from Coldwell Banker United Brokers property management. They won't share any information and qualification on how they place the tenant. Then They put unqualified tenants in. Multiple late/close to cut off utility bills unpaid, policy call, etc. At move-out, broken window, the backyard was a mess, junk left in house and not clean. The place can't even be show due to broken window. Months before tenant move out, I asked that no utilities bill come from security deposit. They need to send notice to have the tenant pay the bills. However nothing was done. Of course there was no detail on how the security deposit was used. They just said it's all used up to pay for utilities and damage so they don't want to manage it anymore. So I am left with over $500 to clean the place, remove junk left by the tenant, and lost over 1 month worth of rent. Unprofessional, irresponsible, lack of communication and no respond to inquires.

My husband and I had been looking for a house for months all over Portland and Vancouver, we got recommended to Paige and WoW did she deliver us a house in this crazy market. We highly recommend Paige as an agent, not only is she very experienced, she is one of the sweetest and honest agents around the Vancouver area

My husband and I highly recommend Paige Abu-Nawwas!! She is extremely professional, caring and genuine. We have had some maintenance issues with our rental property and Paige has gotten back to us immediately, even after hours and on weekends. All repairs have been timely and thorough. Her level of integrity alone puts her in a category that is highly sought after and extremely appreciated by ALL of us who have had the pleasure in working with her.
