It was such a pleasure dealing with Pam through the entire process of finding our dream home. Pam was very attentive to our needs and requests and was extremely responsive to our phone calls with any questions that we had. We had been looking for our new home for almost 2 years and had always been in contact throughout that time. Both my wife and I felt more like friends than clients. I would highly recommend Pam to all.

The only thing I can honestly answer on is that she did respond, eventually. But after that she did not follow up so I have no knowledge of her job performance. I ended up buying, but with a different agent.

I usually don't trust realtors but Pam was an exception. She tells it like it is without sugar coating things. She listened to us and did what WE wanted and only tried to sway us when she knew our ideas weren't going to work. Most of all I felt comfortable in her presence. Her laughter kept me grounded and upbeat about finding a buyer. She made me feel good about the condition of our house, especially how clean it was. You won't be sorry if you choose her. Very honest and can be trusted.

Being first time buyers, we were obviously lacking the knowledge of what needed to be done. Pam took the time to make sure we were not only informed, but also understood what was going on throughout the entire process. No question (no matter how small) went unanswered, regardless of the time of day, or stupidity of our question! Pam made our first home buying experience a joy.

Great to work with from start to finish. She was my buyer's agent. I am very difficult to please. She didn't mind at all. She worked hard to ensure that I found the PERFECT place for me, not just settle. By the time the process was finished, she made me feel like family. I would not only recommend her, I would use her again for all future needs.
