Peggie was an absolute phenomenal realtor to work with. My wife and I purchased from out of state which obviously adds its share of difficulties in the process but Peggie had no issues knowing exactly how to handle the situation. She was always courteous on the phone and ultimately helped us find an amazing home. I would highly recommend Peggie to anyone looking for a realtor in this area!

I don't even know where to begin, I have too many good things to say! Peggie is a tremendous real estate agent. Her personable demeanor made my first-time home buying experience seamless. She continuously went above and beyond with all my requests. She was easy to get along with and very personable. She was knowledgeable and extremely insightful about the areas I was looking at purchasing in, she is on top of things and very effective and efficient even if I was not physically present to follow up. She anticipated needs and met them all with a smile on her face and expert advice. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the purchasing of my new home seamless. I feel so blessed that she was my realtor. She helped me through a difficult transaction (from deployement to the house I purchased) that required a lot of follow up to insure things were completed correctly and on time. I highly recommend Peggie.

I highly recommend Peggie Ivers to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. She sold our home in a matter of hours after showings. She has helped us each step of the way and has an answer to ever question I have. Peggie also made a deal on our new home and has made that a very smooth transition from start to finish. She is honestly the best!

Peggie is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always has our best interests at heart. It is hard to find someone who actually makes you feel like they care about you and finding the perfect house for you and your family — but this is exactly what makes Peggie such a gem. We have worked with her several times & will never use another realtor!
