We cannot recommend David and Penny enough! We were randomly paired with them as showing agents for a house we wanted to see and are so thankful we stayed with them throughout the home-buying process! They were great communicators, so flexible with our challenging schedules, and went above and beyond to advocate for us in ways we didn't even know to ask for. When the house we bought was not left clean by the sellers, they personally paid for it to be professionally cleaned without even asking. They made the process so painless and easy for us and we would recommend them 100 times over!

If you want someone who is attentive to all your questions and is impeccable with follow up then you need to work with penny. We have bought 8 houses during our lifetime and every year the process becomes more complex. I have never worked with a finer agent. She is helpful but not pushy, she had a clear picture of our needs and never wasted our time and when we hit critical deadlines she was always there to make sure things got done right and on time. Plus, penny is a delightful person that make sthe whole experience fun.

Penny was the best. She helped us find our new home and arranged for us to see the property before the open house. She got us in the house first, and we made an offer and got the house. Penny did such a great job on the new home, that we used her to sell our Condo and we got a full ask offer immediately. The paperwork and process was smooth and Penny was with us the whole way through the process. We would recommend Penny for all your Real Estate needs. I would recommend Penny to my family and friends. Penny was always quick to respond to emails, text and phone calls. This was extremely helpful to us.

Penny was great! I was impressed with how flexible she was to work with our schedule. I was impressed with how well she represented us and how well she worked with other more challenging realtors. We choose Penny because she was one of the highest rated realtors in the Franklin tn area where we were looking. Even before we started looking to buy, Penny scouted out rentals for us so we could get into the area and look around. She was great with our children and understood our family needs and wants, listened well for what we were looking for and made great recommendations. I would definitely recommend Penny Goldberg to any friends, family, neighbors, strangers, and anyone looking at buying/selling a home!

Penny Goldberg was such an incredible relator. She is so kind, patient, and communicative, but eager to get you what you want.I would highly reccomend her for your reality needs. I have an intense work schedule and work jobs, she was still able to fit me in and work with my schedule to get me to the houses I loved. There were ups and downs after hearing others offered were accepted, but she was so positive and eager to get back out there and find the right house. Penny is also a big gardener, mother, and wife who sees more to life then just numbers which is amazing to feel part of her world, not just another client. Thanks so much penny We love you.
