Her communication is very on and off. She responds late at night or calls late at night. We had agreed to proceeding with a lease and then she stopped responding. We did have section 8. She agreed with the process but then just stopped responding.

Preety was amazing from beginning to end! As a first time home buyer she provided us with so much knowledge on the process. Her negotiating skills are impeccable!. she was very responsive and always followed up if we had more questions and got the answers timely. I was so fortunate to have been referred to Preety Minhas when I have started the search for house. As my Realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as I have traveled from New Jersey to look at homes over few months and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers when I fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, she was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
