With all sincerity, Rachel is the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. I'm not from the area, and needed help selling an old rental property. In comparison to other agents I interviewed, she impressed me as particularly competent, confident, and knowledgeable (and really nice, too). From there things only got better. She connected me with all sorts of resource folks who were really good at what they did (i.e. cleaning people, stager/photographer, junk hauler, bat remover(!), etc.) We decided on a fair price, and I had a full price offer in a few days. Unfortunately, there were all sorts of extenuating estate issues which kept us from being able to close for six months. That is where Rachel really shined in my eyes. Her patience and wise counsel helped hold the transaction together. She is in every way a high-caliber human being.

My husband and I stumbled upon Rachel and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! We were very indecisive when we first started looking for our new home. We went back and forth with what we wanted; where we wanted to live, how much we wanted to spend, how much property, etc. and Rachel handled all of our back & forths with such professionalism. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. She was able to help us find our forever home, while going above & beyond our expectations! We felt so confident in Rachel’s abilities, we also asked her to help us sell our home. And even though during that process we encountered a couple of hiccups beyond ours or Rachel’s control, she was still able to obtain a full price offer for us! If you want the best service a real estate agent can provide, we highly recommend Rachel Jones!

Rachel was very nice, professional, and helpful the entire time we were looking for our house. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in the Lansing area, and will look for her first if we ever decide to move.

Rachel and her team were nothing short of fantastic throughout the process of selling my property. As a real estate broker myself, I appreciate how professional and responsive Rachel is-- she greatly exceeds the status quo! I initially contacted Rachel because she came highly recommended for Lansing, and as an out-of-state owner, I depend on a local expert who knows what she's doing. Not only was Rachel extremely on top of everything she said she would do, she got back to me sooner than promised and continued to follow up, despite me dragging my feet. Within around a week, Rachel ended up obtaining multiple offers on both properties of mine that she listed-- ABOVE the price of another model match that had been sitting on the market for several months!!! Even when we ran into some challenges completely out of either of our hands, Rachel went above and beyond and did more than most agents would to ensure the deal closed. If you are looking for a qualified, highly competent, communicative and go-getter agent, I recommend you look no further than Rachel Jones.

I would highly recommend Rachel and their Team! Being unfamiliar with the area of my brother's home she was very responsive, provided excellent referrals for work to be done prior to selling. Kept us updated on showings, etc.
