Chris was so enjoyable to work with and so quick to respond. We would go see places as soon as I brought them up. It was my first time buying and he made the process seamless. Would recommend to everyone!

It is impossible to say enough great things about Rachel Kane! Rachel listed and sold my Oak Park home and guided me through every step of the process. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Her expertise was on clear display at every turn, from her knowledge of the local market conditions to the often overlooked details that would help sell our home. Chris is the best of the best. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and needed significant guidance. Chris was extremely patient and responsive to us throughout the entire homebuying experience. We consulted with Chris several months before we were ready to get started, and he stuck with us throughout that time and helped us gain the confidence to start our search. He walked us through the process, advised on the right timing, connected us to a great team for all of our paperwork, and just generally made everything as easy as possible. Chris quickly became very familiar with our needs and everything we wanted in a home, and he knew exactly how to coach and advise us, including the honesty we really needed when something wasn't going to be the right fit for our family. He went above and beyond advocating for us during negotiations and made sure we got what we needed, and then some, and he remained available to us after close for questions. Above all, he's a really good guy who we trust implicitly, and he made the process fun. We will definitely call Chris in the future!

Chris gets all the stars! I've known him since college, and when we were looking to sell our condo and buy a bigger home, calling Chris was a no brainer. He helped us buy a really unique property in our 1st choice neighborhood. He also sold our old condo for well over our asking price. We wouldn't have gotten the amount we did if it weren't for his golden advice on repainting, staging, waiting to list at the right time, and coming to market at his recommended listing price. We had a great experience on both sides of the transaction with Chris. Highly recommend!

Valentine Klutznick who has been my realtor of choice for over 13 years. During that time frame, Val helped me purchase three different properties: a condo in Streeterville (downtown Chicago), a condo in Lakeview near Wrigley Field in Chicago, and a townhouse in Glenview, IL. Each time, she listened carefully to my description of my ideal living situation and my budget. Val never wasted my time by showing me everything on the market; instead, she showed me places that were great fits. After pulling comps, she gave me great advice as to my initial offer and the negotiations went so smoothly as a result. Once my offer was accepted, she recommended professional home inspectors and then helped me negotiate seller credits and/or a home warranty paid for by the seller to cover the minor issues that arose during the inspection process. She was there for me every step of the closing process; checking in and making phone calls for me as needed. After the closing, she recommended great electricians, plumbers, and painters. I followed her recommendations and saved quite a bit of money sprucing up as needed. And, the work was done on time and under budget. Val is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and, if I ever move again, I won’t hesitate to call her to get the process started.
