First of all, I am so glad that we are introduced to Rachel without any prior known references, it was random to meet her and her husband while visiting one of the open houses. I really like their approach to helping me to locate my first real-estate investment property in Menifee, California which gives me a decent initial property appreciation with monthly positive cash flow. It was a very smooth purchase process as well as helped me get decent repair credit by using her in-depth real-estate knowledge . At my request, she helped me to take care of a few repairs make the home rent ready and placed me, a good long-term tenant, using her personal network. Having bought my first investment property with her, I am reaching out to her for all my real-estate advice, for each message/call she is very responsive in providing accurate information without fail. I wish I would have known them last 10 years, it would have been much more beneficial by now.

From start to finish and even afterward Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We interviewed her along with a few other agents but Rachel brought knowledge of the area and confidence in the price she'd be able to get for our home. She went above and beyond.
