Last year we listed with another agency and it was only shown to 3 interested parties .Our lakefront camp did not sell during the 6 months listing period. This year Becky was recommended to us and responded immediately upon contact. She made some recommendation to us on pricing and advertising. She had shown our camp to 3 potential buyers within 3 weeks. We closed within 5 weeks of listing. We are completely satisfied and would recommend Becky to everyone.

Rebbecca was amazing, she responded quickly, explained everything for my husband and I. She was honest and if she was unsure of something found out the answer and got right back to us. She was not pushy and over all we had an amazing experience with her.

My husband and I just purchased a camp with the help of Rebecca. She was always there at the drop of a dime to answer any questions we had. She had a lot of knowledge about the different ponds / lakes and towns. Which was helpful as we were first time camp buyers and didn't know much about the ponds / lakes & towns until we did our own research. She was able to work around our crazy schedule to set up times for us to go and look at properties. She was a delight to work with and we highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

Rebecca represented us on a simultaneous buy and sell that was conditioned on many factors being met by both parties. Meeting the various conditions took a full year during which Rebecca actively kept the transaction alive and kept us and selling broker on the other side advised of all developments. Her contacts with both brokers on the other side in both the buy and sell facilitated good communications and allowed for the successful simultaneous closing. Rebecca was also a valuable source for referrals for parties to handle remediations required by home inspection results. We were very pleased with her performance.

We met Becky a few years ago when we stopped by the Lakepoint office as we were interested in a listing. We worked with her at that time and were so pleased with her expertise and knowledge of the Belgrade Lakes area that we offered her the listing when we put our property on the market last month. She quickly and efficiently got it on the market and within less than two weeks we had an offer. She was helpful with all aspects of the sale and we were able to close quickly.
