I can’t imagine even thinking of using another Realtor in the Charleston area. Rhonda is a lifelong resident and is unbelievably knowledgeable of the area and her craft. Rhonda is super responsive and very approachable with our questions (even if the seemed silly to us, she made us feel like they were important.). Rhonda was careful to listen to our goals in the sale of our home and was “all in” to help us accomplish them. Don’t waste your time looking any further, call Rhonda today.

She also recommended a superb home inspector, participated in walk throughs, and a remote closing. Her insights into the local neighborhoods were reassuring and informative. She exercises good judgment and discretion and knows when to wait and when to swiftly act on matters regarding home transaction. She is enjoyable to work with and has a great sense of humor. Rhonda was a wonderful realtor to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a professional and experienced realtor. She understood my family’s home purchasing goals and did not push anything on us that didn’t meet the criteria. She helped us to understand the current market and once we found the house we would eventually call home, Rhonda took care of everything. She made the grueling process of buying a home much easier by guiding us every step of the way. When we ran into an issue, she came to us with solutions. She provided recommendations for mortgage lenders, movers, and inspectors, most of which we used and were highly satisfied. With the sell of our house, she gave us tips for preparing to sell and made the process incredibly easy. She maintained professionalism and loyalty to us throughout the entire process and always made us feel as if we were her #1 priority. After buying and selling our home with Rhonda, she continued to check on us to ensure we were happy and reminding us to follow up on outstanding closing action items.
