Rhonda did an AMAZING job helping us sell a property in Scottsdale, AZ. She was extremely diligent, respectful, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We had to get creative and jump through hoop after hoop over the course of multiple months in order to get to the closing table. But thankfully due to her connections and incredible work ethic we were able to get the job done! I HIGHLY recommend her services!

Before we even signed a listing agreement Rhonda was on our side to get the house ready to sell. We were moving prior to putting the house on the market and needed someone to clean after the movers left on a Sunday. It had to be Sunday as we were flying out Monday. She came through and they did a great job plus hauled away things that couldn't go on the moving van. She had someone to take care of the pool as well. Rhonda did a great job of keeping us informed. Checked on the house regularly. My wife and I are in our 70's and have bought and sold many homes. Rarely have we been impressed by a Sellers Agent. I have no doubt she works just as hard for her buyers. Thank you Rhonda. Dave and Judy Hunt

I plan on recommending Rhonda to anyone I know that is in the market for buying a home. She made our first-time home buying process go very smoothly. Rhonda did an Outstanding job of selling my condo. She contacted me and wasn't like most realtors promising the world and best-selling price ever. She was realistic about the Phoenix market and set proper expectations from the start. I have bought and sold now 7 properties, and this was the by far the easiest and least stressful transaction I have ever had. I am recommending Rhonda to all my family and friends. That speaks for itself. She has a very caring personality and always looks out for your best interest. I can't tell you how grateful I was to come across her and now glad she can help me and others I know in future buying and selling transactions.

Rhonda helped me sell my house in North Phoenix. She took care of all of the necessary paperwork as well as kept me informed as to how the sale was progressing. I would highly recommend Rhonda.
