From the initial blind showing of a house Richard was very respectful, responsive and helpful as if we were his only clients. He stuck with us for three years to assist in the transition from curiosity to actually moving into our new home. Richard provided expert assistance in navigating a difficult purchase and in connecting us with all the correct professionals to complete the home purchase. If this were not our forever home, I would return to Richard to find a new one. We will definitely refer Richard to anyone we know that needs to purchase a home.
