We were referred to Ronda by a good friend, and couldnt be happier!! My wife and I were looking to buy our first house, and Ronda was great through the entire process! She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Each time we had a house we wanted to see she showed up with alot of info for us, not only about the house, but the neighborhood and the areas market history. She is very knowledgeable with the entire process and made it very smooth. I remember finishing our closing and thinking, "Thats it?! That was easy! Everyone has been telling us how unpleasant this is, but it wasnt!" We have since become friends with her and have gone to open houses she has had, just to visit with her. We both HIGHLY recommend her!

Ronda is dependable, honest and highly knowledgeable in real estate. She is a true buyer’s advocate as a buyer’s agent. Ronda doesn’t pacify her clients; instead she arms them suggestions, information and provoking real estate questions that only an expert could deliver. I wouldn’t even consider buying a house without her. Her down to earth demeanor and immediate level of communication make her one of the most outstanding agents and top real estate professionals in Kansas. We met Ronda over a year ago. We had a career move from Kansas City to Wichita. We knew no real estate people. We came across one of her listings and thus started our business relationship. We didn’t end up buying the house she was selling; however she left an impression on us. There was never a time she didn’t get back with us when we reach out to her. Rarely Ronda didn’t know the answer to a question. If she did not know the answer, she always found a solution through her vast network. During our house search she provided us with immeasurable information such but not limited to schools, taxes, flooding zones, private roads that were the responsibility of the home owner, new area construction, housing comps and many other things we would have never even thought of without her as our buyer’s agent. Examples of Ronda as a buyer agent: • On our behalf, she stayed with the pool contractor for an estimate because she knew we could not physically be there for a legit reason (we still lived in KC doing business and working on moving). This was very unexpected but very much appreciated. I would never ask her to do something like this but she does things that go above and beyond … yes we were/are her clients … but it wasn’t about that … it’s just Ronda’s character because she is a good person. • Ronda stood in my “soon to be” kitchen at the walk through and called out the seller for removing an item that was listed in the description that had no addendum for item exception in the disclosure. She even went further and called her broker to make sure correct protocol was being followed. I heard her literally say to the seller agent, “You either need to bring it back or write them a check” … we got a check that day at closing. • My husband was out of the country when we closed. Ronda stood beside me as an advocate through the closing process … by myself … on a house. Again, I appreciated her being there and answering questions if I had and making sure the title company was clear with their answers. She guided me through it without my husband who couldn’t be there and, again, she went above and beyond. She could have just sat in that chair checking her watch and waiting for her commission but that’s not Ronda. • After the sell was completed we reach out to her for recommendations on area contractors and, as always, she never failed to deliver or suggest top-notch people. • To this day, she still communicates with us if we have some random question. Ronda is hands on with her clients and values them long after the commission has settled. She’s not a flash in the pan but the Teflon that sticks. Ronda truly loves being a real estate agent. She is a people person. An advocate. It’s just not a job to her but a passionate career she takes pride in. Soon we will be selling our house … another move … and this time we will be using her as our seller agent. I have 100% confidence she will guide us through a very smooth process. Ronda was a buyers agent for me when I relocated to Wichita from Texas. she made the experience an excellent one even with the added difficulty of being 600 miles away. Her knowledge and professionalism is what made her stand out for me. Highly recommend Ronda and will feel very confident of it.

Ronda was excellent to work with, from the beginning of our search to even now, years after the sale. She keeps in contact and is very responsive to anything we ask her assistance with! Would definitely recommend to others in the search!
