Rooy was fantastic in helping us purchase our first home. After learning what we loved and what we did not like, he showed us a home that we would have never picked for ourselves but ended up loving and buying. We would for sure work with Rooy again if we are ever in the market for a home. He is wonderful!

Rooy helped us find our first home. From the first house we saw to the one we fell in love with Rooy was with us in every step. His expertise clearly helped us to figure out pros and cons of buying and owning a property. Overall it was a very smooth process and we would definitely recommend Rooy.

Rooy listened to what we wanted, was patient told us what to expect with buying and selling our home with him. He was not about the money and trying to close a deal. He has high moral standards and after selling and buying a home, we consider Rooy a friend. I would recommend him to my family.

Rooy has integrity, was always pleasant, has a wealth of knowledge, had excellent contacts that we utilized throughout the process, he is super patient, attentive, responsive and professional. I highly recommend him! We bought our dream house for at outstanding price and Rooy was there every set of the way. I really like that he has been a realtor full time for many years. We knew we were his priority and we had his undivided attention throughout this home searching and buying process. He also gave excellent suggestions and weighed in with a his opinion (when asked) based on his experiences. He was all around exactly what we needed and we would absolutely use his services again.

Rooy is very professional and knowledgeable when I hired him to be my realtor he was always working hard to find me properties to look at and for that reason I was able buy my first home I would highly recommend him to any client to help with the purchase of their home.
