Rose was wonderful to work with, we contacted her to sell our home thinking it take a year to sell. Rose had a contract in 7 days, we were completely overwhelmed. Rose took us step by step and never missing a beat and she made closing easy. We cannot express how impressed the professional and personal attention she gave us through the process.

Rose was awesome to work with. She always kept me informed thru the entire process. and trust me there were alot of hiccups on the buyer financing end., but she stuck with it and got the job done. Rose was amazing to work with, her knowledge of the area is remarkable. She is one of the hardest workers I have met and went to bat for us negotiating 2 deals for our houses. She took the time to understand our wants and needs and matched us up perfectly, I couldn't be more pleased with the fit and outcome. She helped us throughout the entire process and although it may have been stressful on her end, she never let us feel that way. I will use Rose on any transaction with housing in any area she is willing to or able to work in.

We met Rose while looking for lake front property on Bull Shoals lake. Rose helped consummate a great deal on property in the Peel, AR area. Rose was most responsive, highly respectful and her local knowledge of the area was most helpful.
