I bought this house from Roy and it was advertised as a remodeled house stating the floor were brand new. Within a couple of months they were bowing and within 7 months they were completely coming up. The person that Roy hired to do the floor was not professional and he didn’t cut the floors down enough. When i approached Roy about it all he has said was sorry about that. Meanwhile the house was also plumbed with pcp piping instead of pcpv piping, it wasn’t even up to code. Everything in the house was done so cheaply that I’m having to go over and re fix it. I would be very careful when considering working with him or anything he has been a part of remodeling.

Digna is a very nice person to work with she answers all my questions and looks into the questions that i ask .. she is always available to show me properties when asked and is always prompt and very knowledgable in the area and the market .. i just think she does her job and more and i highly recommend her !!!

We first met Roy after showing interest on an open house he had listed. That original house did not work for us, but from the very beginning Roy was very understanding, professional and extremely helpful. After making a final decision on our house Roy was there throughout the entire process and ALWAYS had our best interest at heart. Roy answered every question we had and paid attention to even the smallest detail. I would 1000% recommend Roy to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking individual who will assist you with finding the property of your dreams!

Roy helped me find my lovely townhouse. He was very attentive and very helpful at every step throughout the entire home buying process. I would definitely use him again! And I will recommend him to everyone I know!
