From the time we sat down and met with Ryan to the time we closed he was always very communicative and gave great straight forward advice. We sold our investment property which was tenant occupied and was going to be difficult to show. Ryan had a company come out and draw a digital floor plan with pictures so buyers could really get a better sense of the layout along with amazing photos for marketing. His plan worked and he grouped buyers into a showing schedule and made a great relationship with the tenants to make the transition very easy. We had the property in escrow with 2 weeks with multiple offers and we closed seamlessly. I would highly recommend Ryan.

We hired Ryan to sell our home after we were previously unsuccessful with selling our home. He was very thorough and addressed all of our needs. Ryan worked very hard and even showed up to showings to help sell some of the unique features of our home. We had the home sold within 30 days and with multiple offers. There were some repair issues during escrow and Ryan was very helpful in referring over great contractors to solve the issues quickly and efficiently. Definitely a true professional and problem solver. We'd highly recommend him to anyone.

We had previously been working with another agent prior to working with Ryan. We were frustrated with the other agent's ability and expertise as we had lost out on a negotiation with the house we really wanted. The difference was night and day when we switched to working with Ryan. Ryan was very responsive & knowledgeable. He showed us other properties, however, he continued following up with the agent & seller of the property we lost out on. That property ended up falling out of escrow and Ryan was quick to start negotiating on our behalf. There were multiple offers again and Ryan worked closely with the other agent to negotiate and get our offer accepted. We opened escrow during the holidays and we were concerned about meeting deadlines. Ryan worked closely with the home inspector & lender to ensure everything went as planned. Escrow was smooth and we closed on time. I would definitely recommend Ryan to family and friends.

Ryan is professional, highly competent, friendly, and superb at representing all my interests in selling my house. He initiated contact with me about the house, introduced me to his team, gave me accurate information about a sales price for the house, and it sold in the time frame he promised. In addition, I found him to be honest, personable, and kept me informed of all developments. I couldn't have had a better representative and I recommend him in the highest terms.
