I first met Sammy when he reached out to me the day after we had let our agent go. We hired my wife's mother who had her real estate license and it cost us 120 days with no offers and an awkward conversation at the end. The questions that Sammy asked me was the thing that set him apart, it was clear that he was different than others that called me. He was thorough, he listened to me and he had the reviews to prove it. We had chosen to go with a friend from work until speaking with Sammy. Once he met with us, we decided to hire him instead. The next day, his assistant reached out and shared what was happening and what to expect over the next week. The entire process was like that and was smooth until we closed. He was able to bring multiple showings and we ended up getting two offers at list price. Thank you Sammy, I am happy to refer you to friends and colleagues going forward.

I was fortunate enough to connect with Sammy through a past friend. I was interviewing Realtors for a home I needed to sell in Scottsdale, Arizona and thought I had done my due diligence by speaking with three agents however, I heard I should interview Sammy since it was a probate matter. The home was in our family and a relative who we were not close with left it to us without a will… which turned out to be a nightmare to deal with. I’m very pleased with how prompt and professional Sammy was throughout the process. We appreciate you Sammy and will do business with you the next time we are buying or selling a home in Arizona.

Earlier this year, we sold a home that we inherited. Sammy reached out and brought clarity to a process I never thought I would need to know about. Honestly, I didn’t like the fact that Realtors and investors all called the day that my dad passed away and assumed we were in a spot to ‘have’ to sell his home… Sammy reached out two months later and showed the respect to ask the important questions. He didn’t assume anything and so when we decided that renting it out in Arizona from California was not working, we felt comfortable and confident that he was the right person for the job. He not only sold our home which was the minimum we expected him to do. He stayed in contact weekly with the report of what was happening. He gave us the suggestions we asked for and he was honest. I am sure that we are not his only client right now but we felt like we were. He sets good expectations and they come true. Sammy, you made a tough time a lot easier and we love you for that. Thank you and know that you will be the only one we recommend for probate real estate in Scottsdale, AZ and anywhere else in Arizona.

100% five-star experience with no caveats. Sammy DeStefano was incredible at both connecting us with people to sell our house in Greenville and helping buy our dream home in Wendell. He was always had our best interests in mind and was completely in our corner in the hunt to find somewhere we would love without feeling like we were compromising on our hopes.

We absolutely never post reviews but we wanted to take a moment and comment on the exceptional service we received from Sammy DeStefano and his team in selling our home. We had tried to sell the house previously and thought we had done everything correctly - we interviewed 5 realtors and picked one. The realtor then overpriced the home and it sat on the market for 30 days. When we asked to lower the price she told us - "this is just the beginning of a long process. We only had a 30 day listing agreement so we fired that realtor. Almost immediately we met with Sammy and his wife, McKenna. They helped us stage our home, took new photos and sold the home at the first Saturday showing. They communicated almost every day and were available for every question we had. It is hard for us to adequately communicate how fortunate we fell in meeting Sammy and having him represent us. We have sold 4 or 5 homes in our lives. When we sell or purchase another one it will definitely be with Sammy.
