Sandro was a true professional and did a great job in the sale of my investment property in Elmhurst, Queens. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly he was very caring and answered every question and concern I had, and always kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. . Sandro gave me excellent advice regarding pricing the property. We received multiple offers and Sandro negotiated the best possible price , almost our full asking price. He went above and beyond the call of duty and is prepared of any issues that may arise. We highly recommend Sandro to whoever is looking to sell or buy a home. I will use Sandro again for any of my real estate needs.

I am deeply grateful for the services of Mr. Sandro, who not only sold my one family house at a good price, but also found me a coop apartment in the neighborhood I asked him (private and beautiful). In addition, Sandro helped me to obtain documents for the coop and translated them into English. He was attentive to details with the coop package and followed up with the coop to ascertain everything went smoothly. Sandro assisted me and found me a good attorney. I recommend Sandro because it is not always easy to get an efficient and professional real estate agent like him.
