I recently just bought my first home and Sara was with me every step of the way. Not only is Sara kind, professional, and a great advocate for her clients. She has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate finding my new home, switching my utilities, and even brainstorming what the best new flooring options would be for me. Throughout this process, she has brought me immense peace and confidence that I thought wouldn't be achievable when purchasing a new home. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Sara Eddy when we sold our house on the Portage Lakes in Summit County, Ohio. We were very impressed with the professionalism which Sara brought to the table. She was incredibly responsive during the negotiation process with two potential buyers. The agent of the buyer who bought our house was also very complementary of working with Sara during the entire process. We would highly recommend Sara if you looking to buy a home in Northeast Ohio and especially if you looking for lake-front living!

We met Sara 1 year 1/2 ago and she has been nothing but fantastic! Very understanding of financial burdens and not a pushy salesperson either! Answers prompt weekends, evenings with understanding! In the past we have had a few real estate agents the didnt look out for us, she definitely did!!!!!!! She comes highly recommended!
