We were moving our family from 8 hours away to the Firestone Colorado area this past June. I was extremely stressed out trying to negotiate buying a home from that far away in a crazy home buying market, but Sara made it as easy as possible! We ended up losing out on quite a few homes because of the crazy competitive housing market, but Sara never gave up. She was always easy to reach, and worked her hardest to get us our dream home. I have bought and sold a few homes, and by far, Sara is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is professional, honest, hard working, and knowledgeable. I will only ever use Sara in our future home buying and selling and I have already highly recommended her to many of our friends.

Sara helped my fiance and I buy our first home. She was so communicative throughout the process and did everything she possibly could to ensure we got to closing, which we did... in less than 4 weeks from when we first contacted her! She organized our first (and only) day of home viewings based on our preferences and saved listings. We met her three days after contacting her and she had everything planned and ready to go. We loved the fourth and last house we toured, and had an offer in within a day or two. Sara is so committed and encouraged us to contact her at anytime via text, email, or phone. It was helpful to be able to ask her any question we had throughout the escrow process. She would always respond quickly. We used a VA home loan, which comes with some different rules/procedures. Sara made all of that go smoothly with her recommended lender and her many years of experience working with VA home loans. Even when the VA tried to make things difficult, she and the lender toughed things out with us and assured us they would get us to the closing table, which we did! Sara operated on our timeline as best she could and represented our needs and preferences well in negotiations with the sellers. She is so sweet, respectful, and dedicated. She is also highly regarded in the Northern Colorado region for her experience and emphasis on working well with other agents. We can't recommend her enough! We will definitely use her as our agent again whether we buy or sell! Thank you, Sara, for getting us our first home!!!

Sara was quick to respond, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Every time we met her at a property she was well organized and had all the info we needed when looking at the homes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Working with Sara is like working with a friend you have known for years. I was immediately comfortable and at ease after meeting her. I had a horrible buying experience in the past and was very gun shy going into this one. Sara made it one of easiest and no hassle times I have ever had.
