Sara was a huge help obviously in my search for a home. We viewed a few homes and her advice of not moving forward with an offer we’re spot on. Then a home came on the market and I was looking at it the day it was listed. We put in an offer that night or maybe it was the next day, but we had an accepted offer within about 24 hours! I’ve been in the home for almost 1.5 years and the home and location are more than I could have hoped for! Sara was a huge help throughout and I highly recommend working with her! Very organized. Honest. Straightforward. Knew what I wanted and could afford. A+

Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always so responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We were purchasing a second home and didn’t live in Maine so Sara was incredibly helpful in educating us! The entire process from our first visit to the property through to closing was so smooth because of Sara’s knowledge and expertise. Sara was also extremely helpful in helping us find a contractor and other vendors to help us renovate the property! We were so fortunate to work with Sara!

I live in Texas now and even with Corona Sara was perfect. No hassle. No issues that required much action if any at all. Could not have been more fortunate to have had her helping me. Phenomenal from start to close

We highly recommend Sara as a realtor for folks who are looking to purchase a home in Southern Maine. After Sara sold our home for us last year, we expected to make a quick purchase of a home within two to three months. However, the right house for us simply wasn't on the market at that time. Sara has patiently walked with us through the process over the past year plus! It is highly likely that we would take the prize for the longest buyer clients for Sara. We had very specific financial goals associated with our purchase requirements. Sara outlined our options and patiently worked with us as we chose to remain committed to seemingly unrealistic criteria. Sara takes the time to know her clients. At times, she knew us better than we knew ourselves. When we began to get discouraged in the hunt and process and contemplated adjusting our criteria, she brought us back to our reality. She knew us, that in the end we would not be happy if we compromised what we knew to be best for us. When we had questions, she patiently answered each one in a way that we could understand the implications and consequences of each decision. We are very grateful to Sara. We would definitely choose Sara as our realtor again -- and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Southern Maine.

Sara helped us purchase our beach home in Maine this month. Since our primary residence is in NH, we took a risk and chose her from the stellar reviews we read online. We were not disappointed. She was always very quick to respond to any/all questions or needs that we had. We even submitted an offer on Easter weekend where she maintained the same level of communication as if it were any other day. A+ on responsiveness. We would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for an agent.
