Sarah did a wonderful job assisting my husband and I in the purchase of our very first home. She was quick to respond, easy to work with, friendly, and professional. We initially thought we wanted to buy an investment property in Tennessee. The scope of our needs changed and we decided to relocate from our home in Hawaii to move closer to our son and family. Sarah assisted them with their home purchase three years ago so I knew that we were in good hands. Buying a property and being 4,500 miles away is no easy feat. Being in the real estate and mortgage loan business, we had high expectations. Sarah didn't skip a beat and pivoted with us dealing with our time difference, etc. I like to think of her as a match maker. She knew what we wanted and matched us up with a home that exceeded our expectations. The transaction went like clockwork thanks to the team of professionals that Sarah works with which were all top notch. We were able to close escrow early! We will refer Sarah to anyone that we know who is looking to buy real estate here. She knows her stuff and will get the job done!

Sarah was super helpful to us during a major life change when we needed to sell two properties and move across the country. Sarah was attentive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive to all of our questions and listened to our concerns. It was a very stressful time coordinating many moving parts, and people while trying to sell two properties, Sarah helped make the process run smoothly and lifted so much weight off of my shoulders during this time. I would absolutely recommend Sarah for your real estate needs, whether buying or selling she's definitely top notch in the Chattanooga area.

Sarah took such good care helping my daughter and son-in-law relocate and subsequently find their first house that asking her to assist me just felt right from the very beginning. Little did I know that Sarah and her extraordinary team (Teresa, Katie, Asher, Jeff at SafeTech Property Inspection, Bethany at Bridge City Title) would make the ENTIRE experience of REMOTELY buying a new house incredibly smooth and painless. On top of that, it actually was Sarah who recommended the realtor I used in northern Illinois (Anna Klarck at anna@annaklarck.com) who held my hand and sold my house there for more than my asking price! Make no mistake about it…If you are EVER in need of a realtor who truly takes care of their client's needs from beginning to end, Sarah Ketterer and her entire team are hands down the best of the best.
