After 35 years of remodeling, caring for my home and all the experiences within it, I decided to move to a more peaceful neighborhood. My daugher had a friend in the real estate business but she was tied up with young children so she referred me to Sarah. What a Godsend! Sarah was very personable, knowledgeable, smart and with good energy. As you might imagine, things have changed in real estate since the 90's and she gently explained how things are and how best to sell my home. I liked how she didn't overwhelm me with all the information at once. She staged my house beautifully and put a floor plan on the listing. She listened to what I hoped to sell my house for and indeed I did get my asking price the first weekend. When the closing date was delayed twice she always was a cheerleader and very professional in her approach. The closing was delayed due to buyer issues and she jumped right in and helped him get the lender he needed so third time's a charm and we closed! She communicated well the whole time and although I can't say moving is a great experience, she made it tolerable and turned out to be a friend! Would highly recommend Sarah Lewis!
