I will recommend Saul to any of my friends who are thinking of selling or buying real estate. He is vey helpful, responsive, and excellent overall. He knows the market and how he can get your home to sell in this competitive market. He is also an expert in rents management and really helped us with dealing with our renter so we get can the home ready for sale. Apparently, he has expertise in rental management. He goes above and beyond in order for the selling process to go smoothly.

Saul helped us sell our condo in DTLA. He was knowledge and diligent and most importantly patient.
