Marshall Rosario is a phenomenal realtor to work with whether you're buying or selling your home. There are a lot of informed, skilled, professional realtors in the Portland metro area. Not many of them can compete with Marshall's integrity and grasp of his clients' goals, however. He works hard to understand his clients' needs and wants, and keeps his clients' best interests clearly in view. His professional drive is matched only by his genuinely kind spirit. He is the realtor you would want guiding your aging parents through downsizing, or helping your kids or your best friends find their perfect home. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

“My situation was kind of unique because we were relocating from Alaska after 32 years, and I was up there with a planned move to Oregon, a state that we had never even visited. I needed to find a real estate agent whom I could trust implicitly. I had begun getting on websites looking for places. Tom Oreste of Stellar Real Estate was the first to respond. Once he and I made the connection, we e-mailed back and forth several times. I could tell that he was a genuine human being who was there to help me. He was fantastic! We’re currently working with another realtor to sell our home in Alaska. I’ve had several issues arise requiring corrections on forms and things of that nature – a basic lack of attention to detail. Also, there has been very limited correspondence initiated from the Alaska, selling end. When I compare the two scenarios, there really is no comparison. Tom was a friend throughout the process as well as an agent. I was able to travel down to Oregon only once during the entire purchase process. This allowed Tom and me to view a few locations. During that time he got to know who I was, what I was looking for, and what my family liked. He asked questions at each house to see what I liked and did not like about it so he could get an idea of what we wanted, because he knew that once I’d headed back to Alaska, he’d be on his own until we found a place. I had advised him of 5 or 6 amenities that the house must have and the place we ended up buying had every single feature, plus some! The home closed within 3 days! Once notified of our interest, Tom had to rush over to check it out. This was on a Friday. Over the weekend we worked up a bid against some 30 others. Bidding closed on Monday, and by early afternoon we were advised that the house was ours! Tom was just always there for us. If I ever had a question, he would get back to me within 20 minutes, which I really appreciated. In a highly time sensitive manner, he got us into this beautiful home in a wonderful location and we could not be happier with the way everything turned out. I would definitely recommend him. With his assistance, I felt comfortable purchasing a home some twenty five hundred miles away while in the process of renovating a house we had for sale and packing and preparing for a major move. I went through the worst case scenario, yet managed to maintain my sanity, thanks to Tom. It was a pleasure working with Tom Oreste and Stellar Realty!”
