A State to State move can be difficult and He helped us understand how each state has it's own laws/ways of doing things. He also looked at properties we were interested in for about a year before we could move. Couldn't have done it without him.

Scott was very helpful on every step to purchasing our new home. He would constantly give us updates on anything going on, suggesting different things whether it was on the inspection process or how we would proceed on different items dealing with the buying of the house.

Scott Dunn is the nicest most knowledgeable realtor my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. He listened to our input when listing our home for sale and then provided us with practical suggestions to maximize our profit! Our house was listed on a Thursday and sold two days later for fifteen thousand more than we listed it for!!! Scott treated us not just like a client, but like a friend with our best interest at heart. My wife and I will be using Scott Dunn for all of our future real estate needs!

Selling a home is stressful on so many levels and Scott helped me through those struggles. He was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs and was very prompt in keeping appointments and returning calls. His honesty is exemplary. He did a very good job of helping me to manage my expectations during the process of selling. His advice was always helpful and in our best interest. His disposition and personality were always positive and he really helped ease the entire process. I would recommend him to any one in confidence that they will pleased as well.

I ended up in a home beyond my expectations for a very reasonable price. We started our shopping experience with a somewhat unrealistic investment goal but Scott was very patient in accommodating our wishes along the way. I don't believe it could have worked out better in the end.
