Sean is the best in the business. He knows everything from top to bottom including construction, actual property value, best financing options, etc. Hopefully I won't be moving again anytime soon but if I do, I will be reaching out to Sean.

My wife and I worked with Sean as our real estate agent in 2021. From the start, he showed us many homes throughout the San Diego area. As we toured each house, he payed close attention to what we appreciated and found undesirable with each home/property. He then narrowed downed potential listing based on our specific interests. We eventually found a place that we fell in love, but the seller and their agent were very challenging and unprofessional. This is when we discovered Sean's real expertise. He was able to navigate us through the difficult process, with experience beyond his years, while being extremely accommodating and supportive to us. He was in constant contact with us the entire way through! Late nights, early mornings, weekends... It didn't matter. He was there for us! This wasn't my first time purchasing a home and I've working with other real estate agents, but he was by far the best one I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him. Sean Ginsburg did an absolutely fantastic job of representing me and my husband in not only the sale of our home but the purchase of the condo where we now live. Sean worked ethically and with a strong team throughout. This was in the madness of late 2021, when the market was so intense that there was a bidding war for our home and scarce properties for us to choose to buy. Sean advised us well and made sure ALL the details were carried out on time and by the book. In addition to being capable and well informed, Sean is a pleasure to work with. He is fun and engaging to talk to, obviously good at sales and marketing. But he also stands his ground in negotiations- an important combinations of skills. I would highly recommend Sean Ginsburg as an advocate to help you buy or sell your home.

You were ALWAYS available for us for home tours spending many weekends showing us the properties. Your responsiveness was incredible, insight was extremely valuable to us and I don't think we could have done this without you. You were always there for us as we had many questions as first time buyers.
