Rather than rushing us to sign a contract like many agents do, she took time to review multiple properties with us, getting a clear understanding of our specific needs and preferences. This initial attention to detail made all the difference. Over the following week, every property she recommended was perfectly tailored to what we were looking for. Each listing was genuinely appealing to us, reflecting her deep understanding of our tastes. The viewing experience was equally outstanding—Sharon organized the itinerary seamlessly, maximizing the number of properties we could visit in a limited timeframe. During showings, she struck the perfect balance between being approachable and professional. We had an exceptionally good experience working with Sharon Glatz Scott with the recent sale of our house located on Mercer Island Wa. Sharon was very professional, she walked us through the overall process, established a schedule for each milestone and delivered each milestone on schedule and within the set budget. Sharon coached us through reviewing the appraisal, understanding the comparable homes and determining the proper list price for the home, utilizing her tremendous knowledge of Mercer Island, as Sharon has been a resident of Mercer Island much of her life. Sharon is very much an extrovert, which makes her very easy to communicate with. Sharon Glatz Scott provided me with excellent service in selling my Condo. Her assistance with preparing my Condo for sale was invaluable and made it possible to get the price I wanted without having to haggle of the price with potential buyers. She had readily available a painting contractor that painted the interior on short notice and the same with a carpeting company. Both these tasks proved to be well worth the cost. She even found me a window washing service that did both inside and outside of the windows making a world of difference in the interior lighting. Her recommendation for staging the home made all the difference. She even went out of her way to finding me a real Estate agent in the town where I was moving to. All in all I don't believe I could have picked a better agent to sell my Condo.

I recently worked with Sharon Glatz Scott, through the company Sothebys, in order to find a residence in Kenmore Washington. Sharon was an amazing realtor, and I highly recommend her for her grace, knowledge, and professionalism. Sharon sat down with me to find a location that worked for my needs. She really listened when I explained that I needed to be close to my son’s school. She narrowed down our options and spent a weekend with me looking at different locations. She really thought through what would work best for me. When I found the perfect condominium in Kenmore Washington four days later, I was blown away at how quickly she made an offer, gathered paperwork, and explained contracts in detail to me. I asked questions over and over, and she answered my texts immediately and gave expert advice. This highly personalized care gave me confidence in the decisions I was making. I could not be happier with my choice. Sharon came in to examine the condominium before we signed paperwork, and she was thorough and extremely professional. She asked all the questions I never would’ve thought of, and she invited me into the conversation in a way that supported my need to be included. After taking a job out-of-state, thousands of miles away, I entrusted the entire sales process of my West Seattle home to Sharon. The amount of logistics, problem-solving, and unexpected set-backs involved in my absence was at times overwhelming - - at least for me. But not to Sharon. Staging. Contractors. Landscaping. Title company. She did it all. Her dedication to handling every last detail allowed me to sleep well until closing and focus on my new job and family.
