Sherryl Longacre was amazing - every step of the way, amazing! It's been about 15 years since I last purchased home so I was a little rusty on the process. She was patient and informative, and she seems to genuinely care about me as the customer. In fact, she treats me like more than just a customer. It was like working with a friend and I appreciate everything she did for me.

Sherryl was able to do all of the out of the ordinary things I needed such as netting to a certain amount for the seller. She was very accessible and professional. I would definitely recommend her.

I started working with Sherryl a month or more before I even moved to Omaha from New Jersey. Moving is always stressful. Moving a distance is more stressful. And moving across the country in the midst of a pandemic is extremely stressful. Sherryl was a calming presence throughout. Her life experience, professional experience, gracious manner, and infinite patience all combined to make the process as seamless as possible. She responded timely to my many questions, gave sound advice regarding the changing real estate climate, and knew the area and market well, all of which one might expect professionally. But Sherryl also went above and beyond to provide personal touches...a hand written note, texts of encouragement and motivation, and always, always kindness. Sherryl Longacre’s expertise, reliability, follow-up, professionalism, and enthusiasm makes her an exceptional real estate agent! She was there for me from before my house went on the market through the purchase of my new home! She researched what houses were selling for in my area. She suggested a listing price that I thought was high but she knew her stuff! Sherryl gave me great tips on how to de-clutter and stage my house to make it look very appealing. My house was only on the market about 12 hours. By the end of the day I had 5 offers and 3 of those were over listing price! Sherryl’s help was invaluable to me when it came to clarifying each offer so I could decide the best offer to accept, there’s so much more to it than just the price. Now that I accepted an offer to sell I needed to find a house to buy quickly. Sherryl was right by my side showing me houses from the moment my house went up for sale. She was quick at setting up viewings which helped me so much to find a house quickly even in this complicated summer of COVID restrictions. She knew what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time by showing me houses that were out of my price range or preferred area.
