An excellent and highly skilled Realtor. Mr. Griffin managed the process with professionalism and integrity. His years of experience was evident by the respect he receives from other realtors and potential buyers. We spent a couple of months upgrading the house per Mr. Griffin's recommendations. Potential buyers, neighbors, and realtors were stopping by the house before we could finish. We did not get a chance to stage the house and hold an open house event. The home was placed on the market in March 2020 and we closed April of 2020. I recommend Mr. Griffin, who will do more than just list your home. We had to find an agent that understood how to carry out the orders from a Judge handling a probated will. We were very lucky to find Mr. Griffin. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor/broker. This was not a high priced home but we truly needed help. We appreciate the time he spent individually with each heir answering questions and explaining how the process would work. The reports he gave us, called a "comp" for homes sold recently in the area, gave us realistic information on the value of the house and how long it would take to sell. Because of Mr. Griffin, all the heirs finally agreed on something. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs. Thank you Mr. Griffin, from all the heirs.

We purchased our dream home in 2014 in Georgia. Shon is an honest hard working real estate agent. He worked with my husband and I for over 6 months, looking for the right home for us. He assisted in finding the best finance company. Our home was new construction. We thankfully followed his advise by using our own inspector, we have avoided plumbing and electrical problems my neighbors suffered after closing. ADVICE: Inspect new construction before they install the sheetrock. If you want someone who cares about you and will spend time showing you homes, helping you make wise decisions, and resolving issues before closing, HE IS YOUR AGENT.
