I like Sonja Thompson as a professional and would recommend her as one of the more responsive Erie agents. Sadly, my 3-bedroom Cape Cod house on a double lot has had no offers over an 18-month period (with two prior agents) even when we lowered the price substantially. I've concluded my home isn't sellable at any price right now, so I'll stay in it and passively offer it for-sale-by-owner on my website www.BitangoHouse.com. Perhaps Sonja Thompson and I will be able to work together again in the future.

She found house for sale and helped me buy the walked me all the way thru n the whole process and showed many houses to me we were picky!!!! She was wonderful and resourceful!!

Sonja was very knowledgeable about the areas that I was interested and ultimately assisted in the sale of one of my properties. She continues to work with me on any real estate matters that I may have.

We are in the process of selling the home but as yet have not had any offers, so I am unable to give a 1st hand review of negotiation skills and process expertise. She did however sell 2 other homes for my brother and as far as I know all went smoothly.
