Stacey Alan was a true sweet heart and I am VERY thankful I found him. When we met, I quickly learned that Stacey had the answers to all my questions and he knew exactly how to help me in accomplishing my goal. With very little work involved, we found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for the perfect price. I am so happy and I'm in love with my new house!

We were stationed in Okinawa, Japan when we first started talking to Stacey Alan. He stayed in touch with us via email as well as through videos when answering questions or explaining the process on buying a home. Once we were finally stationed at McConnell AFB a few months later, we met Stacey in person and he helped us work through our financing options. We quickly went home shopping and found the perfect home by the second day. Once we found the home, Stacey helped us in making an offer, negotiating the terms and price before the seller accepted our offer. Since we were living in a hotel this whole time, the closing date couldn't come fast enough! However a month later and after all the inspections and appraisal process... we finally closed and moved into our home. This was a wonderful experience and very grateful that we were able to work with Stacey! Very personable and dependable!

Stacey Alan was a huge help to us. We didn't think we could qualify for a loan but Stacey showed us a couple simple tricks so that we could qualify for a loan to buy a house. We not only followed his advice but we immediately went house shopping and found the perfect house. Since we have never bought a house before, it was a little scary but Stacey walked us through every step of the process. He answered all our questions, he took care of any problems that we needed fixed and he got us into our first home and we are excited. We have already referred Stacey to some of our friends because he really did do great job. We really appreciate all his help!

Stacey Alan was wonderful to work with! We found our home online and asked for a call back. He was the person that contacted us, and within minutes. He was always respectful and knowledgeable. Not only did we find the rural property that we have always wanted, we hit the jackpot with a realtor that just took care of things without us ever having to ask. AND graciously handled the "freak-out" moments that we would have along the way. We never felt that he was just "after the sale". Stacey is a wonderful agent that goes the extra mile, we definitely felt confident in our purchase with him as our agent! Thank you Stacey!

One day we decided that we wanted to buy a house. We weren't sure if we coud but we decided to find out. We went on Zillow and looked at some homes in foreclosure and we reached out to Stacey Alan with lots of questions. When we met Stacey in person, he went over a lot of information and answered questions about credit, about buying a house and showed us our options for how much house we could afford. In a very short amount of time, we found the perfect house, Stacey put together all the paperwork and we bought the home. We LOVE our house. Thanks Stacey for all your help.
