Stacey Hamel is an excellent consultant, realtor, and agent! I couldn’t have gone through the home-buying process without her. My husband and I spent months trying to find a home that fit our criteria in what felt like the worst possible home-buying environment. Stacey worked with us quite literally every day, helped us find homes that would work for us, came to every open house and showing, and used her honesty and experience to assist us in finding realistic options. She also was constantly open to my (unending) questions, and helped to explain everything to me so I could understand the process we were going through. We’re now living in our home after so much work, thanks to Stacey. My husband and I absolutely can’t recommend working with her enough to help you find and secure the perfect home for you!

Stacey Hamel has sold two houses for us, including the home we lived in for more than 40 years. Her expertise about the specifics buyers are looking for, setting the price, negotiating particulars and solving problems made our experiences pleasant and simple. If you are looking for a professional, hardworking, and overall wonderful realtor, please choose to work with Stacey. Stacey helped sell our home effortlessly. She and her photographer took stunning photos of our home, ran a seamless and safe open house during a pandemic (how many realtors can say that!) and collected several offers on our home. She promptly answered every phone call and message and gave her professional advice during our first experience selling a home. She made what could have been a stressful process smooth and simple. Further, Stacey worked tirelessly to find us a home during a very challenging buying market. She would consistently send us homes that were new to the market and set us up for viewings as quickly as possible. Stacey provided excellent customer service throughout this entire process.
