The Evelo Team is awesome. Terrence went above and beyond-very professional. He gave me lots of tips and even went out of his way to install a new mailbox! My house sold the weekend it went live. I highly recommend.

Kimberly has done it again! In our second deal together, she continues to bring an energy and passion that can’t be matched! She is knowledgeable and resourceful and so attentive during the entire process. Through her creative and excellent marketing campaign, my home had multiple offers in just a few days and closed the deal allowing me to move on to the next chapter in my life. I would highly recommend Kimberly and her excellent team, without a doubt!

This is the man you want selling your home or commercial property. I’m going to shoot it straight forward, we closed on this property exactly 53 days after I reached out to him getting advice on selling. It took us 30 days to get it ready and put it on the market. We closed 23 days after that. His knowledge, brilliant marketing skills, and commitment to his client was more than I had expected. To say I didn’t feel like Terrance went above and beyond for me would be an understatement. But I truly believe this is who he is to all of his clients. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell, don’t make the mistake and not hirer this guy! You’ll have a friend for life!

I’ve worked with the Evelo team twice now for two different home purchases in two different areas with two different realtors (most recently Lauren Bauer) . Both times my realtor went above and beyond. I felt like they did everything they could to meet my needs throughout the process. I plan to use them again when I eventually sell or even rent my current home. I feel like I can definitely trust them to help me successfully navigate the process!

Martin is fantastic! My husband and I were first time home buyers and he made the process so enjoyable for us. He was there every step of the way and if we ever had any questions he was always there to answer them! If you are looking for a home he's your guy
